SECURITY MANAGEMENT

SECURITY CONSULTANCY

A wide range of security consultancy services can be provided, either on a retainer or on a one-off basis. Services include Security Risk Assessments, Surveys and Audits. We take a thorough approach, ensuring detailed reports, tailored to the client requirement with clear protective security improvement recommendations listed.

SECURITY PROJECTS

We’ve supported organisations across diverse sectors in delivering security projects valued up to £750,000. Previous engagements include electronic security upgrades (CCTV and access control system replacements), restructuring of security teams, control room enhancements, and the implementation of comprehensive security risk management frameworks among other tailored solutions.

TENDER MANAGEMENT

We have helped many clients manage both physical and electronic security contract tender processes, providing reputable companies with the relevant industry certifications and accreditations for shortlists, question sets and evaluating tender returns, supporting procurement departments and operational leads.

PHYSICAL SECURITY PENETRATION TESTS

Tobruk will organise thorough testing of your current security measures by attempting to gain entry to client’s buildings. Our tests are conducted using professional non-confrontational techniques, after careful planning and preparation with a signed authorisation letter from the client.

DESKTOP EXERCISES

We organise detailed desktop exercises for your staff and management teams, testing your security, incident management, crisis management and business resilience plans. These can cover a wide range of scenarios tailored to your site, building or business.

SECURITY NEEDS ASSESSMENTS BREEAM UK HEA08

Do you need to engage a Suitably Qualified Security Specialist (SQSS) to conduct a Security Needs Assessment (SNA) to earn the credit for security contained in section HEA08 of BREEAM UK New Construction. Our Director and Senior Consultant is a registered SQSS and has completed multiple Security Needs Assessments.
