Tobruk Protective Security Solutions Ltd have been providing Security Management advice to Bellrock at one of their key client sites in London. Attending weekly and monthly operational meetings with their security provider, conducting regular security audits, driving service improvements, and ensuring existing security risks and vulnerabilities are identified with recommendations made to mitigate them with additional protective security measures. We helped the Bellrock client develop a security policy and create a physical security risk register.

Security Consultancy | Access Control Replacement Project
Tobruk Protective Security Solutions Ltd assisted a large NHS Trust with an Access Control replacement project, we helped the Trusts project team, providing a system specification and managing the tender stage before providing project management services for the duration of the installation phase including chairing project meetings, distributing key minutes/actions, and conducting site inspections to ensure the installation works were completed to a good standard and in line with the system specification.
